We just wanted a better electrolyte.

We’re young parents, and like a lot of people we got tired of reading the back of neon bottles — Red 40, sugar by the spoonful, labels built for athletes and hangovers. Nothing on the shelf was just a simple, clean-tasting drink we actually wanted to pour at home.
